Renting the sauna

The sauna is near the beach, you can easily go for a swim if you feel like it. The sauna is renewed for the summer 2016!
There are two separate dressing- and showerrooms and one sauna. In the sauna (steam room) there is place for 6-8 persons at the same time.

Price for renting the whole sauna:
For guests at the campsite: 50€/ 50 min.
For “outside” guests: 70€/ 50 min (groups only in May and September)

Familysauna; renting one dressing- and showerroom (1-4 persons or a family). Additional person 6€:
For guests at the campsite: 25€/ 50 min 
For “outside” guests: 35€/ 50 min

Sauna bookings start every even hour, book the sauna in the reception.

Rent from us:

Bicycles 15€/day, 7,50/half a day. There are many popular bike trails, please ask for more information.

Rowing boats 5€/h. Rent a boat and take a small trip into the centre of Parainen or to the nearby island called Norrbyholmen. Read here about Fishing licence in Finland.

The nature on the campsite is very beautiful and peaceful. Here you will have time for yourself and for your family. You can take a walk in the beautiful forest and enjoy the stunning view from the cliffs, experience sauna bathing “true Finnish style” or spend a relaxing day on the beach.

Here something that is also good to know while you are visiting Solliden Camping (Finland).

In Parainen you can see the largest open quarry (Nordkalk) in the Nordic countries, one hundred meters deep, from which limestone has been mined continuously since the 1300’s. Get acquainted with the district museum, the industrial museum, or the narrow alleways in Gamla Malmen (the old city), enjoy a bun with coffee in Fredrikastugan or the Sattmark coffee shop. Why not spend a quiet moment in the sturdy grey stone church, or you could drop in to one of the special shops on the pedestrian street or visit the local vineyard or a sheepfarm?

The centre of Pargas offers various forms of recreational activities, such as Adventure golf,  Archipelagia golf, tennis, beachvolley, frisbeegolf, Islannin hevostalli(horses), bowling and nature trails, just to name a few.
